The Beachcomber is a club that is greatly missed by many customers. Today, the name has returned as the Beachcomber Inn, which is a restaurant and bar. However, the Inn does not have the same decoration as you see here. The Beachcomber building was demolished in the 2000s into grass for the Blue Skies project. However, Studio 36 was built, replacing this wonderful building.

This photo is showing Butlin's Minehead at the start of its adventure representing the Butlins logo. In this photo is the front boat lake with the Prince and Regency buildings. Note that the iconic fountain is shown, where the outside swimming is located. Also, see that the photo is showing that there is NO monorail train and the Beachcomber building is yet to be built.
