Using Google Maps or Google Earth, we can see Butlin's Mosney over the years. Below are photos from Google Earth showing you a lot of details of the former campsite and giving you a great insight into the former Butlins camp.
Each photo has a copyright credit under each one. This is done in accordance with the rules specified at this link. I am thankful to be able to show these screenshots, which were taken using Google Earth (click on these words to see more) for historic education.
As expected, you can see that the outside swimming was removed however, the majority of the chalets remain in place and the entertainment buildings are still standing
The 2016 photo does not show a great deal of change. The pathways on the left-hand side are fader, maybe due to mother nature growing over them. Two new green squares above this, otherwise not much as changed in the three years since these photos.
Not much has changed in a year as the former Butlins Mosney camp remains as it was in 2013.
A sharper image with the details of the pathway area on the left having issues with grass otherwise, again not much change.
A major change to the camp can be seen in 2019 as one of the entertainment buildings is either demolished and replaced with a new building or had a new roof added. You can see it here with a white and new roof. There is also a new tennis court that has been added, a zoom-in is further down
Not much has changed in the last year at the former Butlins Mosney camp
The battle of the grass, in what I suspect to be the former outside swimming pool (I am unsure if this is the case) seems to be a constant pain to keep for the former site as shown in each photo.
This was taken during the time when we had the continuous hot weather, as you can see by the lake being dry on the right-hand side. Interesting that the pathway on the left has now got road markings, a zoom-in is below.
As you can see from the photos above, this building has had some upgrades
