Currently the Splash swimming pool, the Oasis swimming pool was an alternative pool for those who did not wish to have the fun pool experience. It was a great location to do lane swimming.

Footage of a pool that is missed by a great deal of people. The Sunsplash swimming pool still remains in place after 21 years unused (as of 2021) as this footage reminds us of a great place that helped create them forever smiles.

Showing you the original location of the go-karts. Today, you will be within the Splash swimming pool. These go-karts also went much faster than the ones you see today and it included a small bridge to travel over and under.

The Gaiety Theater...what a memory :) This is now known as Hot Shots in today Butlin s (as of 2021). This footage is one that makes me smile a great deal as a ball had hit dad when he was recording, making the video camera fall. The camera was fine and did not break.

The Redcoats show much pride as they walk around the club in a traditional show. An iconic symbol of Butlin's, the Redcoats and staff are happy to pride in the great name Butlins.

Cycling around Butlin's still remains today in the hiring shop. In 1992, we had a small course that we were able to ride on to keep us entertained. Today, this will form a part of the lodges (as of 2021)

The bumper boats, situated outside the Oasis swimming pool, was a great way to have additional fun at Butlin's. They were returned later in the years to the front of the camp, however this was short lived. Today, this area is the small children's outside pool (as of 2021)

From playing music to day time entertainment, this outside stage has seen a great deal of fun for all. Today, its a part of Burger King with only photos, footage and our memories to remind us of a time that is no more.
